Shredded Beef ~ Schezwan Style



Ingredients :

Beef ( Calf ) - 250 gms
Egg - 1
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon ( to taste )
Corn Powder - 1 cup
Green Capsicum - one large chopped
Soya sauce - 2 teaspoon
Tomato chilli sauce - 2 tablespoon
Tomato Ketchup - 3 tablespoon
Oil - To deep fry

Method :

* Cut the Beef into small strips.
* Beat the egg in a cup and add pepper and salt to taste. Pour the egg content to the beef and mix it well.
* Now put the beef in the cup of corn flour and coat it well until its dry and the strips come out one by one.
* In a pan with hot oil , deep fry the beef shreds until golden brown. Keep it aside.
* Now take another hot pan, Add little oil, put half quantity of the chopped capsicum, soya sauce, tomato  
   chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and saute it well.
* Add little water to the mixture and put the fried beef into the mixture and mix it well with all the sauce until
   the beef absorbs all the sauce.
* Garnish it with the remaining chopped Green Capsicum.

Note : You can also take the beef with the sauce before the beef absorbs all of it.
