Pasta with Egg


Ingredients :

Pasta - 250 gms
Eggs - 2
Sunflower oil - 2 table spoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Urid dhal   - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - little
Onion - 1 large
Tomato - 2 small or 1 large
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Cilantro - For Garnishing

Preparation:
 Before preparing the Egg mixture, take a large pan with water and boil the pasta well. Put some salt in the pasta while boiling. Drain the water and keep the pasta aside in a bowl.

Method :

Take a medium sized  pan and pour oil. Once the Oil is hot, temper it with mustard seeds, urid dhal and curry leaves. Add Onions and fry till golden brown and add the tomato and saute it till tender. Add salt. Now add the turmeric powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder and saute it well until you get a thick curry out of it. Add little water to get the thick curry texture. Now add 2 raw eggs in the curry mixture and saute it well continuously, until the egg gets blended with the curry. Once the raw egg smell is gone, add the boiled pasta onto the curry and stir well until the curry coats well with all the pasta. Even after stirring, if you still feel the salt is little less, then add little more of salt and little pepper until it taste right and stir once again. Now garnish it with cilantro.

Tasty and quick Pasta is ready ! You can eat it as Breakfast, or Evening Snack, or even for a light dinner !
