Microwave Chocolate Cake in 5 mins

Ingredients:
1. Milk - 1 cup
2. Sugar - 1 cup
3. All Purpose flour [Maida] - 1 1/2 cup
4. Cocao Powder - 3 1/2 tbsp
5. Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
6. Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
7. Baking Powder - 1/2 tbsp
8. Baking Soda - 1/4 tbsp
9. Vanila Essence - 2- 3 drops

For Coating & Decorating :
1. Nutella / Melted Chocolate
2. Whipped Cream

Method :

*  In a Bowl, add one cup of milk,and one cup of sugar and beat it nicely until all the sugar dissolves in the
    milk.
* With the help of a Flour strainer, add the flour in the bowl, and also add the cocoa powder through the 
    strainer to avoid lumps and whisk nicely.
* Now add Lime juice, olive oil, baking powder baking soda, and vanilla essence and whisk again to get a
   nice smooth think paste.
* Pour it on the baking tray , and set the Micro wave to 450 degrees. And set the time for 5 minutes.

Note : Before pouring the batter, powder the baking tray with all purpose flour on all sides, that will help the cake to be removed from the tray easily.

* After 5 minutes, remove the tray from the Microwave oven, and try poking the cake with a help of a tooth
   pick to check whether the cake is done ( the tooth pick should come out clean without any mixture sticking
   in it).
* Allow the cake to cool and turn the tray upside down and remove the tray carefully., and the cake will be
   removed from the tray. Your Yummy Chocolate cake is ready to eat.

Decorating the Cake :

* Now take the Nutella with a help of a long straight knife and start applying all over the cake. As a
  Chocolate coating like how it is seen in the picture above.
* And decorate the chocolate coated cake with the help of a cone filled with whipped cream, or decorate
   the cake as you wish.
