Ingredients :
To Prepare the Roti Dough :
All purpose flour - 2 medium cups
water - Sufficient to make the dough
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Eggs - 2
Shredded Cheese - 1/2 medium cup
Onion - Thin sliced ( 1 cup )
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Method :
a) Mix the all purpose flour, water, salt and oil together and prepare a nice soft dough and keep aside.
b) In a bowl, add eggs, pepper and salt and beat it nicely and keep.
c) In another cup, mix the shredded cheese and onion and keep.
Preparation :
Now take the dough, divide the dough into 5 equal parts, and roll it like a chapathi and keep aside.
Take the tawa, add little oil in it, place a rolled chapati dough in the tawa, and with a help of a large table spoon, take the beaten egg and spread it all over the chapathi. Now take the onion and cheese mix and spread it over the egg. Once the Egg seems to cook, with a help of a large tawa spoon, fold the chapathi like a triangle, and flip it on the other side to cook. And remove it from the tawa.
Repeat this process for all the other rolled chapathi dough. And serve it with Sweet chilli sauce or Tomato Ketchup.
Ps : The picture below is to show how you should fold the chapathi after spreading the stuffing. You have to fold where the colored lines are showed.
