Ingredients :
Boiled Rice - 1 cup
Chicken sausages - 5 to 6 pieces
Oil - 2 Tablespoon
Onion - 1 large ( chopped )
Eggs - 2
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Preparation :
Cut the sausages in coin sizes. Pour oil in a pan, add the sausages and shallow fry it until its cooked and remove the sausages and keep aside.
Method :
In the same pan with the remaining oil, add onions and saute until golden brown. Now add 2 raw eggs and stir it nicely with the onion. Bring the texture like a scrambled egg. Add pepper powder, soya sauce and little salt to taste as the soya already has salt in it, and stir well.
Now add the fried sausages onto the scramble and give it a mix and switch of the flame. Now take the boiled rice which is cooled, and add it to the mixture and mix it well until the whole mixture gets coated in the rice. Add salt and pepper if necessary. Serve hot.
This is a quick time saving recipe. Even the children love it .
